1. Emerging Leader

What’s it about?

This one day course explores the role of new leaders in today’s workplace and encourages participants to look at their own leadership style and approach to get better results in business. The course is practical, functional and highly interactive.

Who should come?

This course would be of benefit to managers about to move into or who have recently moved into more senior roles or those who already have senior management responsibilities.

2. The Leader as Coach

What’s it about?

A one day course that provides senior managers with an increased awareness of the power of coaching in the workplace and equips them with techniques to use. The session will allow them the opportunity to discuss and share successes and challenges with coaching in the workplace.

3. The Leader

What’s it about?

This is designed to help leaders explore their style, thinking and capability through a mix of discussion, debate and practical exercises.

Who should come?

This course is for leaders or those with senior management responsibilities who are looking to hone their skills and who might have some complex leadership issues to work through.
