Successful, qualified coaches come from all walks of life…

  • You may be managing and leading people within an organisation and find yourself coaching as part of that role.
  • You may be a trainer, adviser or consultant looking to develop, or formalise, your coaching skills and techniques.
  • You may want to use coaching in your current role, to develop your own coaching business, or you are returning to work and looking for a new opportunity.

The place to start is The Coach House. An accredited qualification, delivered part time over 6 months and taught by experienced coaches and teachers.

  • Acquire a fully accredited professional coaching qualification in 6 months.

  • Be trained by coaches who are leaders in the coaching field.

  • 60 hours of face-to-face learning.

  • + 2 hours personal coaching supervision.

The course is designed so you can attend while still holding down a demanding day job and face to face learning takes place in central London locations with good transport links.

The Coach House is accredited by the Association for Coaching – the largest UK professional coaching body.

Membership & Recognition

Completion of the Coach House programme will also give you the training you need to become an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching. You will receive a certificate in coaching accredited by the Association.

Meet your tutors…

Helen Tiffany

The Coach House programme’s Director, founder and MD of Bec Development, Helen is a leading coaching and training provider. She has been a professional coach for over 15 years and has extensive experience working with senior management teams and board directors. Helen is one of a few Accredited Master Executive Coaches in the UK.

Lynne Cooper

Lynne has over 18 years’ commercial experience in management roles and over 15 years’ experience in coaching and facilitating. She is an accredited coaching supervisor and trains coaches and managers in coaching skills. Lynne is also a leading developer of Clean coaching approaches including the Five-Minute Coach approach.

Christian van Nieuwerburgh

A respected executive coach, internationally-recognised academic and sought-after consultant, Christian is Associate Professor of Coaching at Henley Business School, where he teaches on the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change. An international authority in the field of coaching, he speaks at conferences worldwide.

Nick Cromwell

A highly experienced executive coach and coach supervisor with extensive experience across a broad range of business sectors, Nick provides individual supervision for trainees in the Coach House programme and facilitates group supervision for Coach House graduates. He sees coaching supervision as an opportunity for coaches to receive emotional support, to evaluate the service they provide to their clients and to develop new skills. It’s also fun!
