Helen Tiffany – Managing Director

Helen is the founder and managing director of Bec Development & The Coach House, our coach training arm.

Her original vision was to create a training consultancy that provided that little bit more, and to approach learning with passion and energy not process.  The company now supplies its services to some of the most prestigious organisations in the UK, as well as delivering coaching and coach training through The Coach House.

Joanna Head – Operations Manager, PA to Helen

As Helen’s PA and Operations Manager at Bec Development, Joanna looks after all of the day to day operations, making sure that everything runs smoothly. She manages all of the client contracts, accounts, training schedules and most importantly makes sure that Helen knows where she needs to be and when.

Suzanne Hodgins – Business Development Manager

Suzanne worked in the media industry for over 20 years – heading up client business for MGOMD, running Kinetic’s strategic planning & training and most recently as marketing director at Outdoor Plus. Suzanne now looks after Bec Development’s new business development, fulfilling her desire to help others find their awesome. So expect a call or an email from her soon!

When not at work you can find Suzanne with her three boys, out with friends, or mucking out the horse!

Stephanie Clements – Client Services Manager

Stephanie worked within the music industry for PRS for Music in variety of roles including project support, planning, research and strategy management. Her work on the International Music Joint Venture (IMJV) project involved running the Programme Office for the USA, Canadian and Dutch copyright collecting societies.

Cameron Ormiston – Client Services Assistant

Cameron has lived outside of the UK for the majority of his life, has a background in retail, hospitality and was a camp counselor in the US. He describes himself as a real people person and a social butterfly.

Anne Caborn – Head of Content Strategy

If you can dot it or cross it Anne’s on it. She looks after Bec Development’s media presence, juggling digital and print, words, images and video. Anne cut her teeth in print journalism working on national newspapers and magazines before falling in love with the internet. When she’s not polishing our tone of voice, buffing up our messaging and promoting our offering, she likes to chill out by teaching yoga.
