Most of us vastly underestimate the size and scope of the emotional needs we bring to the office. Beyond the leader-employee relationship, emotional dynamics affect our motivation, health, communication, decision making and much much more.

The ability to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle these emotions is termed as Emotional intelligence, and is widely recognized as a valuable business skill that helps improve communication, management, problem-solving, and relationships within the workplace.

Now more than ever, with new working patterns, connection is key as we see a blend of working from home and working from work, to maintain relationships, to help increase motivation and improve morale.
