Bec Development is a boutique training and coaching provider working predominantly in the media and communications industry. We deliver tailored, modular learning for leading commercial clients.
We do this through programmes, workshops and bite-size sessions for people about business critical topics such as sales and presentation skills, creativity and ideas, collaborative working, time management, motivation and enhancing workplace wellbeing, as well as leadership and talent development.
This role is for an experienced trainer who has 3-5 years training experience and demonstrates a proactive, hands-on approach to development activities with a passion for helping others to learn and develop within their roles. Ideally you will be commercially minded and must demonstrate ongoing personal CPD.
The role will report to the MD of Bec Development, Helen Tiffany.
The main aim of the role will be to lead training sessions across a variety of subject areas including Leadership, Management and Communication skills etc for Bec Development’s existing and growing portfolio of clients.
Speaking skills are essential as well as the ability to communicate information clearly.
Strong social skills are also necessary to help delegates to accomplish learning outcomes from training sessions.
In addition, there will be a requirement to build strong relationships with our HR and L&D stakeholder partners within our existing client base.
The role will require someone who is able to design, and deliver impactful bespoke materials as well as deliver existing materials based on specific briefs from clients. As such you will need to be able to evaluate training needs to design programmes to meet the stated learning objectives.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work as part of a busy, lively and dynamic team to co-ordinate the development of materials, organise and evaluate feedback and review content on an on-going basis. There will be a requirement to work with the wider team to produce agendas as part of new business development that meet briefs arising from conversations with both existing and new clients.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 p/a
Hours: 3-4 days per week, office based in East Grinstead, most training is delivered at clients offices in London, flexible working is part of our culture.
